Information we collect

We may process your email, username, display name, radio preferences, liked tracks, station messages, client projects, security audit records, and technical identifiers needed to deliver the service. Alexa sends an interpreted voice command and a limited token when you link an account; Seven Suns Studios does not receive your Amazon password.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate accounts, synchronize settings, deliver radio functions, respond to messages, manage projects, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Providers and access

Supabase provides authentication and database services; Amazon provides Alexa and AWS; Discord may be the source of crew-only references. Each provider processes data under its own terms. Internal references are protected by roles and stronger authentication.

Retention and control

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and protect security. You can edit your profile, revoke Alexa, request a copy, or request account deletion at hello@s7nsstudios.com.

Security

We use encryption in transit, least-privilege access, row-level security, confirmation for sensitive changes, crew MFA, and audit records. No system can guarantee zero risk.

Children and changes

Accounts and personalized features are not directed to children without appropriate consent. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
